How to reserve your booth:

  1. Look at booth locations using the floor map
  2. Download Exhibit Reservation form, complete and mail with check
  3. Complete Exhibitor Form and scan and email to: Pam@MonadnockBusinessExpo.com, or take a picture and text to: 603-903-4228
You can also call Monadnock Business Expo at 603-903-4228 to reserve your booth or ask questions.

Important Information About Reservations

  • A 50% deposit is due at the time of booth reservation
  • Payment by credit card (credit card transactions will be charged an additional 3.6% credit card processing fee
  • Reservations are subject to approval and will be confirmed by Monadnock Business & Community Expo Staff
  • Transactions are non-refundable once booth has been assigned to you
