Local entrepreneurs, business owners, manufacturers, and artisans...

This is your chance to showcase your business products and services face-to-face to the people living and working in our local community!

Our goal is to bring people living and working in our community to the Monadnock Business & Community Expo June 1-2 at the Keene Ice Arena in Keene, NH.

This is an epic opportunity for businesses and manufacturers to meet your peers and customers, showcase what you have to offer, and sell your products and services,. We will also have set times throughout the Expo for recruiting new employees.

MBCE has an extensive marketing campaign which includes radio, mail, social media, and print in hopes of bringing in a good flow of foot traffic eager to meet you.

All attendees will be given a tote bag and an event program which will include a floor plan, list of exhibitors and exhibitor information, schedule of demonstrations, times and listings of door prizes, and more! As an exhibitor, you will have an opportunity to purchase an ad in the event program. Exhibitors will also receive one FB post highlighting your businesses during our promotions.

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Each 8’x10’ booth includes 10’ back drape, 3’ side drape, and company identification sign

Exhibitors are responsible for the following services, which are NOT INCLUDED in the booth space fee:

  • Booth furnishings
  • Audiovisual Equipment
  • Booth Installation and Dismantling
  • Booth Cleaning

Space Assignment

Every effort will be made to assign the exhibitor to one of their chosen spaces; however, Show Management reserves the right to make final space assignments or change space assignments after acceptance of the registrations, should it be necessary in the best interest of the exhibition.

Food Vendors

Food vendors will be required to pass an inspection of their food trucks or exhibit space on Friday morning. A current food license will be required. For questions, please contact Pam at 603-903-4228.

Certificate of Liability Insurance

All exhibitors are required to submit a certificate of liability insurance listing Keene Ice Arena as the policy holder. Call 603-903-4228 for more information.
